broadband CAN CHANGE FAST

Things change fast, so check the final details

We work tirelessly to ensure the information we provide is up to date, but if a provider suddenly makes a wide-ranging set of changes in the middle of the night, there will be catch-up lag

Contracts sometimes change

When they do, we will need a little time to pore through them and make sure our info is accurate.

Packages sometimes change

If a provider changes the speeds of its packages, that’s a lot of updating and rewriting, so you can expect lag.

Other stuff can change too

Price rises, cancellation fees and other peripheral attributes we report on can change. We look at this stuff weekly.

Accessible by design

We aim to make fibredog easy to use for as many people as possible.

  • Clear pages, proper headings
  • Readable text with strong contrast
  • Descriptive alt text for images
  • Meaningful and responsive layouts

Ongoing review

Accessibility is an ongoing process we intend to keep improving.

  • We test as the site grows
  • We follow best-practice guidance
  • We listen to feedback and adapt
  • We plan to improve continuously
